Many thanks for your kind help & support, for motivating us and the many useful subjects. Hoping to see you for other training courses.
Customer Service Department Manager, Avon Egypt
Patrick, just wanted to provide you with a very positive feedback on the training course last week: I implemented the initial "clean the mess up/ sort" phase and my inbox is empty! I feel formidable. Now I will do my best in applying the principle after my return from leave- which I think is achievable. It is such a fantastic feeling! An empty inbox has never happened to me before. Thank you.
SHE Manager international, ADM Shokinag, Germany
Patrick is extremly professional and by far one of the nicest business people I know. He has delivered some outstanding workshops for Forum Events on topical issues that have really appealed to the decision makers.
Event Manager, Forum Events Ltd
A must attend for ALL managers! An invaluable experience and learning curve that would take years of 'bumping your head' before realising what you've done wrong
Marketing Manager, Avon/Justine South Africa
There are a lot of qualities that Patrick has in abundance, hard work, sincerity, desire to succeed and a personalty to make the day fly by when you are in his company are to list but a few. Having had the pleasure of working with Patrick as a trainer and a consultant I can say that it has been a fantastic experience each and every time.
Sales Account Manager, MITIE
Patrick has an excellent understanding of the demands in the facilities marketplace and the limitations of some of the 'standard' solutions, as well as creative ideas for a better approach. I know I can count on his insights to be timely and on-target.

Most satisfied eager-4-excellence clients will know the organisation as a supplier of high quality and professional training and facilitation services.
As a trainer, Patrick has delivered leadership programmes to global corporates suchs as Avon, Hewitt Associates, and ADM across Europe and globally as far as Africa.
In the UK, Patrick remains active as a trainer/workshop facilitator in his niche market (Facilities Management), where he designs and delivers interative, engaging courses and workshops.
Involved in Facilities Management since 1992, intially as a client, later as a supplier, Patrick continues to experience an interesting and challenging career in this industry.
His niche knowledge and experiences covers the outsourcing process, relationship building, and performance management areas of FM contracts. Clients such as Primark, Westfield Shopping Centres, Ofcom, Dalkia, Cofathec, HBOS, Unilever, Standard Life, etc. benefit from this expertise by hiring eager-4-excellence either for training or as a specialist project manager or FM advisor.
The latest eager-4-excellence venture is to become a successful and sought after Non-Executive Director for small to Medium businesses in any of the many sectors we have experience in.
Aiming to complete the Financial Times Non-Executive Director Certificate programme by summer 2012, Patrick will be actively looking to engage with private sector businesses or voluntary sector organisations to offer them his wealth of knowledge through independent advice and challenge on strategy forming and implementation. His multilingual skills and experience in many of the European and African cultures should be of great benefit and value to anyone looking to recruit a NED to their booard of directors.
Patrick has to date facilitated strategic workshops with boards and management teams for a variety of organisations and was of course a board director himself at Emprise Services plc.
Back in 2002 Patrick Jongbloet decided his time as a corporate chess piece was over and he founded eager-4-excellence ltd.
Since then he has become a global leadership & management facilitator designing and delivering courses and workshops in the UK, Europe, and Africa. This enables him to fully express his passion to help other people and as such help grow their organisations, fully utilising the skill of speaking 4 languages.
Patrick also remains active as a Facilities Management expert, consulting and delivering high level interactive training on his niche area of tender projects, contract relationships, service specifications and KPI registers.
Having emotionally experienced and professionally had an involvement in both the Herald of Free Enterprise disaster and Eurotunnel fire during his career, it comes as no surprise that Patrick's other enterprise, Mesh-4-Safety ltd., is a local training provider of IOSH and NEBOSH health and safety courses. Founded as co-director with Martin Moy who runs his own H&S consultancy business, it is a great way of raising the awareness of professionals in this area and offering employment to some great trainers.

Making a Difference
eager-4-excellence is committed to the concept of good corporate citizenship. As such the organisation will always make time to invest some of its knowledge and experience into helping the community.
In late 2004 eager-4-excellence decided to join a group of trainers who all volunteer to give their time free of charge to registered Charities. The aim of the Charity Days, the name of this group, is to help Charities train their employees and managers at a lesser cost than they would be facing if using a commercial training organisation.
So, if you are a registered Charity, and feel some of the eager-4-excellence or FM Guru training could be of use to you or your organisation, get in touch. We're here to help.
Personal Development
In November 2011, Patrick embarked on the next stage of his personal development journey by enrolling on the 'Financial Times Non-Executive Director Certificate' with a view of becoming a professional and fully trained Non-Exec in the near future. His previous CEO and a few of his current clients have suggested this as an obvious move to build on the expertise and strategic insights obtained as a senior consultant and previous board director at Emprise Services plc. The course is scheduled to finish in June 2012 and will certainly prove a motivational challenge.
